RE BarCamp is TODAY!

After months of planning, RE BarCamp has finally is here.

If you are attending, here are some tips to make it go more smoothly.

1. Parking & access to the building – you should have received an email from EventBrite on Wednesday giving you everything you need to know about how to get into the building and get free parking. If you didn’t get the email, then check your spam. If it isn’t there. call Shelly at 636-357-5062 or Karen at 314-265-8073.
2. Bring your laptop or tablet - WiFi access will be available in the Rec Room where we’ll be networking and eating, so bring your device so you can take easy notes and tweet out the days highlights.
3. Bookmark the breakout session page on your phone or device – we”ll be updating this page with the latest information about breakout sessions throughout the day. Of course, you can always visit the Rec Room on the 9th floor to check out the schedule too.
4. Use your badge – Your name tag includes the event schedule and where all of the rooms we are using are located. It also has other helpful information to get you through the day.
5. Tweet it out - Please use the hashtag #rebcstl on twitter and Google+ to help people who can’t attend follow along with the big aha’s that hit you.
6. Talk to strangers – don’t just come and talk to the 3 people you already know. Take advantage of the opportunity to network and pick up tips from others in the industry.

Please keep in mind that this is a FREE event that is being hosted by volunteers. We have tried to think through all of the issues in advance, but the day will be much more fun if everyone can just go with the flow.
