REBarCamp is ‘open source’. That means anyone can host their own REBarCamp!
First of all – let’s make sure you really understand what REBarCamp is and what it takes to Organize an event. Spend a few minutes with “Thoughts on Organizing“.
Still set on having your own event? Cool! You’ll need a website.
You have 2 options regarding domains and hosting.
If you are familiar with WordPress.org vs WordPress.com this is very similar.
OPTION #1: REBarCamp.com/YourName
We’re built on Multisite (the new version of WordPressMU) so we can create a site for you and host it.
You will be admin, can add others as you see fit, upload your logo, and have complete control of content, plugins, etc.

The cost? Free (really) Just keep everything within the spirit of REBarCamp – ok?
OPTION #2: REBarCampAnyCity.com
This is where you own it, host it, manage it.
Go get your own domain name, setup your own hosting and create the site you want.
We’re totally cool with control freaks 
Hosting Note: If you already have a hosting account, check to see if you can add on another domain.
With some accounts there is no charge.
