  - Pre-event happy hour on Monday, March 2, 5 p.m. at Bonefish Grill
  - Post-event happy hour on Tuesday, March 3, immediately following at Capital Ale House
- Where: Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors, 2050 Gordon W Shelton Parkway. (TRICKY! Building's so new, it's not on the map yet. Check out this MS Live Earth aerial shot for some perspective)
