Print Your FREE PARKING Voucher In Advance!

Yep, parking is free as long as you print a parking voucher in advance and present it at the RiverFront Parking ramp (located directly across the street from the Guthrie Theater). Entrances to the RiverFront ramp are on South 2nd Street and on 9th Avenue.
I am told that there will be no exceptions to this rule. Ramp attendees will be tracking the difference between free BarCampers vs. paid matinee theatergoers with the handy-dandy voucher. Not exactly cutting edge, but free is free.
If you know you’re not able to attend, please take a minute to remove yourself from the list or just email me. There are folks that would like to attend this sold out event.
8 days left, but who’s counting.

RE BarCamp sessions are often geared to technology usage in real estate, but they can cover any topic a majority of attendees feel like talking about, from mortgages to photography to staging to data.
Whether you want to facilitate or learn about specific topics, let us know what’s on your mind now, so we have some ideas going in. And when you arrive at the event, be prepared to facilitate a session. No promises though. Attendees determine what topics are of interest to them.
We want to get a head start on the conversation, so here are some ideas that have been floating around the industry. Tell us what you want to learn! BarCamp is not about limitations, so know that we ARE NOT LIMITED TO THESE IDEAS!
- Photography for real estate (new tools, iPhone gadgets, best practices)
- Shooting and sharing simple, high-quality real estate videos
- Appyhour: Best smartphone / tablet apps
- Syndication
- Intellectual property law and copyright
- Pinterest (For real estate?)
- Realist (through NorthstarMLS)
- Privacy
- NorthstarMLS (new tools, apps)

- Better business practices for brokers

A quick note about the location and parking for BarCamp. The central corridor lightrail is currently under construction, so give yourself extra time to get to the DorseyEwald Conference Center (1000 Westgate Drive, St Paul). Park in the south parking lot and look for the entrance under the big awning. There you be!
Right after BarCamp, continue the conversation at happy hour at Sally’s Saloon (712 Washington Ave SE)! Sponsored by the St Paul Association of REALTORS Affiliate Committee.
