Pioneer Closing Agency

Pioneer Closing Agency is a full service title insurance agency serving Central, Southside and Southwestern Virginia.  We have two offices located in Bedford County and in Wythe County.  We perform title examinations, underwrite title insurance and offer settlement services.  We work well with lenders across the nation and offer after-hours and week-end closings for an additional fee, which is unique to our company.  No other agency in this area will go beyond the normal 9 to 5.  We also will travel to you if it is inconvenient for you to come to us.  Depending on the lender, we can offer mail-away closings.  Our fees are reasonable and our employees are friendly and well-trained.  We have 50+ combined years  of service.  We are bonded and CRESPA certified.
