Sponsorship Opportunities

While REbarcampLBG is free to attendees, it definitely needs money to produce the event. For that, we need sponsors.

Sponsors will be needed for the following:

• t-shirts
• space
• printing
• name badges
• food
• other possibilities

What do you get as a sponsor?

• Exposure to numerous real estate professionals
• When possible a video interview
• Link love from this site and bloggers who promote the event
• A spot on the swag table (swag is good )
• Logo on banner and signs at REBar

We don’t want the hard sell from you, however. This is not your typical conference with a vendor booth, but you will get plenty of exposure and networking with a large group of real estate professionals.

In the spirit of equality that RE Barcamp is founded upon, there is one level of sponsorship at $250. Your generous donation will be used to offset such costs as securing the venue for the event, provide a meal and refreshments, print badges and t-shirts, secure Internet access and any AV needs, support the promotion of the event. Because REBarcamp Lynchburg is a non-profit event, all of the proceeds will be used for the benefit of the event and the attendees.

Sponsorships monies must be received by September 1, 2009 at 5 pm to be guaranteed logos/names on printed materials.  Any sponsorship money received after the deadline will have their logo on the website.  Please email “print ready” company logos/names to rebarcamplynchburg@earthlink.net by September 1, 2009.  Sponsors please make your check out REBAR Camp Lynchburg and forward to one of the volunteers.  If you want you can even become a sponsor on line!  It is easy.  Just click on the pay pay link below and follow the directions.
