What we try to create is a conference that might occur in your living room, where everyone is a welcome, comfortable and willing to participate in the conversation.</description>

		<description>I haven&#039;t heard of this before &amp; might have been interested in attending if I&#039;d learned of it sooner. However, at this late date my schedule is already filled for the time slot.

Wondering how it shakes out. Are all participants required to lead a breakout session? What if you&#039;re not into that &amp; just want to learn?
