Why Should I Sponsor REBCOhio?
Wow it is hard to believe that we are already five weeks away from the 2010 edition of Real Estate BarCamp Ohio.
Want to Do More Than $250?
Well you are in luck! We have a select number special sponsorships available.
- Site: Thank You Columbus Board of REALTORS
- Hotel Sponsor: Thank You Embassy Suites!
- Lunch Sponsor: Interested?
- Beer ‘N Bloggers Sponsor: Interested?
- Opening Night Reception: Interested?
As I’ve been talking to agents around the state that attended last year — or talked to those that have — the excitement is most certainly building. And now is your chance to jump on board and become a sponsor for this great event.
Sponsorship is very affordable starting at $250 and gives you access to amazing classes that will provide you with new ways to connect to your clients – REALTORS or otherwise – along with access to 125 agents that just by attending are proving they are interested in where real estate is heading in the future.
This has become a premier way to communicate with cutting-edge real estate agents that are ready to do business. Just ask anyone that attended in 2009 and I’m sure they’ll be glad to let you know!
So what do I “really” get for my $250 sponsorship?
Well you get to spend a day with our wonderful planning-committee and about 125 of our closest friends. You need more reasons? Okay, then …
- Public recognition on all publication and marketing materials (obviously created after your commitment) as a sponsor
- T-Shirts (If funding allows). Event sponsors will have logos across the back of the shirt, while sponsors will be listed in alphabetical order.
- Opportunity to Distribute Your Social Media Business Card Distribution (Sample at right) – This is a social media & technology conference — why hand out that same boring business card? REALTORS that attend #REBCOH2 will want to connect with you on Twitter, Facebook, 4Square, etc. So tell them how to find you.
- Presence on the Real Estate Barcamp 2010 Web site. What is your presence? Become an event sponsor and you’ll receive a 100-pixel square logo with a link to your Web site. Sponsors will receive a text link on the Web site in alphabetical order.
- Chance to Be Real. People don’t buy from businesses, they buy from people. REALTORS have the chance to work with a hundred mortgage professionals at a single regional bank — why should they pick you? Give me a reason to remember you and engage in conversation with you.
- Chance to Answer All The Questions – We will have a “give away” (what it is will be announced, once we finalize the budget) that only those that complete a questionnaire about the sponsors will have a chance to win. So they have a REASON to talk with you — and it’s more than just getting your signature or sticker.
- Non-Real Estate is Sponsor Only. As a sponsor you have a captive audience of real estate agents that are ready, willing & able to learn.
- Engage, Engage, Engage. Thanks to the barcamp style – you’ll have the opportunity to educate agents on how your industry is evolving and developing technologies that will make the life of real estate industry better. This is NOT a sale’s pitch for your company – all discussions are to be generic in nature. If you do a good enough job, the sales will come to you.
Do you want to do something special? Why drop us an e-mail and we’ll gladly work with you!
Okay, so I’m in! What do I do now?
Well first, thanks so much. There are a couple of ways that you can get us your money. (Sorry, but due to those that committed but never paid last year – we can’t promote your organization as a sponsor until we have money in hand.)
- Sending a Check: Make check payable to Real Estate BarCamp Ohio, ltd. Send it to: Toby Boyce; Keller Williams Consultants Realty; 5400 Frantz Road Suite 100; Dublin, Ohio 43016.
- Paying by Credit Card: We have a PayPal account set-up so you can pay via that method.
Thanks again for taking the time to consider sponsoring Real Estate BarCamp Ohio 2010.
